Our mission is to ensure access to affordable homes and vital communities for all people through the democratic stewardship of land. BCLT was the first municipally-funded community land trust and today is the largest community land trust in the U.S., with over 2,500 members. BCLT has become a national model of locally-controlled affordable housing and community revitalization. BCLT provides a wide range of housing opportunities.
