Waterworks Restaurant is closed due to massive construction. It is located on the beautiful Winooski River and is a great place for brunch. Having plenty of space and great food, Waterworks is perfect for dates or taking mom and dad. The food is eclectic and affordable giving an atmosphere and menu that everyone can enjoy. The brunch menu changes regularly featuring popular items like eggs benedict, different quiches, and a portabella sandwich. Serving brunch from 11 to 3 on Sundays, Waterworks will most likely have a seat for you and your guests without the long wait that you might experience at other local brunch establishments.
